Parking Agents

Lot attendants play a large role in keeping the establishment they work at safe.  A lot attendant is generally responsible for issuing parking tickets for customers in a parking lot or garage, event venues, airports, restaurants, etc. They are expected to ensure cars are organized, easy to access and keep the lot free of debris and trash. They are also expected to help patrons exit parking spaces safely.

Valet Agents

Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all customers, visitors, guests, and clients. Acknowledges greets, and welcomes guests and customers to the location, using appropriate protocols. Responsibly and safely parks and retrieves guests’ vehicles.

Records the location of the parking space as well as the number on the valet ticket. Runs at top speed to park retrieve vehicles and drives slowly and cautiously. Assists guests and customers with directions and other inquiries as needed. Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
